MOSCOW, May 26 (PRIME) -- International rating agency Fitch has worsened the forecast for Russian gross domestic product (GDP) decline in 2020 to 5% from 3.3% expected in April, the agency said in a statement on Tuesday.
Fitch’s estimate now matches the Russian Economic Development Ministry's assessment.
The agency said that the outlook deterioration for the emerging economies was caused by worsening of the healthcare crisis over the last month.
